  I am new to Edmonton, when I asked around everyone told me I should use Victoria for my wild game. I cant say that I regret it in anyway, by far some of the best sausage I've had made in all my years hunting. I will use them as long as they are open!

  Victoria has some of the best sausage in Edmonton. They have a wide variety of deli meats, smoked meats, sausage and fresh raw meats. This is where Barb and Ernies on the south-side gets their sausage from so I think that the quality speaks for itself
  
  Parking can become a bit of a hassle if it is busy as their parking lot is not very big at all.

  The most delicious food in Edmonton! Real smoke smoking! not overpriced! Really good.

  Dropped off my deer trimmings as I do every year for the last 5 years. Had them make the crowd favorite cheese smokies, only a week later I get the call they're done (I am early this year.) Picked them up today, just finished the first one and....WOW!!!!! May be the best ones yet!! Well done gang! These are absolutely amazing and now I'm going to have to keep them under lock and key because they are going to be gone too fast. Great job as always. The best crew to deal with I've never been disappointed.

  Go get your own thick cut bacon, different varieties. Good sausages. Pretty much everything is awesome here. I wish they would have some flavourful European cheeses rather than the generic Canadian kind, but hey, they do meat really well!
