  I have been with Shelley and her team for about 20 years. I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with them for my auto and home insurance needs. My claims that I have put through have gone really smoothly and the customer service was exceptional. Shelley even went above and beyond and helped guide me through what steps I needed to take when I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, though that had nothing to do with my policy.
  
  The new office building she is in is really accessible and easy to get to, just a couple blocks in from the Henday. Last but not least, a shout out to one of her staff, Billie, who is great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Shelley for all your insurance needs! Thanks Shelley!

  I spoke with Billie today about a quote, she was extremely personable, informative and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and explained everything perfectly! Thank you for the wonderful customer service experience!
