Very professional and called to follow up a few weeks later to see if everything was still working after the new part was installed. Impressed.

He is very flexible and came on a weekend to fix our elliptical. For all our fitness equipment troubles in the future, we will just call him.

Not only did I get some free advice..when it came down to having the treadmill fixed, they were flexible working the repair into my busy schedule. Work was done quickly and professionally. I love the support and warranty for any other issues that might pop up. Highly recommend!!

Allen's customer first approach is a breath of fresh air when dealing with certain manufacturers and their warranties. I would have no issues recommending Allen and his services to any friends or family.
