  I've been struggling with motivation to start going to the gym for the past year, mostly because I was unsure of how to sign up and start going to an unfamiliar gym but I went in recently and booked a tour with Coco (?) and she was amazing! She was really helpful and unjudging. I left feeling super comfortable and she even gave me a good deal on my membership which was really sweet of her. I highly recommend going in and asking to speak to her if you don't know where to start. :-)

  Been at this gym for a few months now and so far so good. It’s clean and fairly new. Staff are pretty friendly, particularly Danielle who’s always smiling and saying Hi/Bye. I wish they offered wifi though. They’ve been saying they’ll bring it in for a while. Gets super busy around peak hours but I guess that’s any gym. With respect to equipment and cleanliness, definitely would recommend.

  I love the place, Tennessa is a great trainer, so personable, caring and very knowledgeable too!
  Today my son's school was closed and I had to bring my kid with me and guess what, Delaney and Angela was so accommodating and Delaney helped my kid to finish his homework!! It was a great choice to join the GoodLife family!

  Nice gym, clean and well allocated change rooms. I normally go in the mornings, and it's not super busy - but there are lots of machines and options if the ones you want are being used by others.
  
  Only real complaint is the lack of wifi when most other gyms I've been to have this as an option. Otherwise, I like the overall atmosphere and feel very comfortable, and well equipped to do whatever workout I'm doing for the day.
