Real Canadian Superstore

Yesterday, Jan 30th, 2024, I visited the pharmacy to pick up my prescribed medication. The pharmacy staff informed me that a non-prescription drug, recommended by my family physician, was not available. This is when the on-duty pharmacist, Miss Shameem stepped in to assist me. Taking the initiative, she asked for my permission, printed out my latest lab report, and thoroughly reviewed my results. She carefully examined the clinical samples and suggested the right product based on the findings.

Having been a customer at this pharmacy for the past 14-15 years, I have never encountered a pharmacist who provides such a high level of care. Her dedication and expertise were truly impressive. I am grateful for her assistance. May God Almighty bless her with more knowledge and reward her for the valuable service she provides to the community.

Great location that made efforts to keep the store clean and sanitized even after the covid restrictions were lifted. Most staff have been friendly and helpful.
I did want to point out my partner, who has a respiratory condition was pushed aside by an attendant at the self checkout who then yelled at him for not giving her space. Except, she walked over to him and pushed him aside... I hope that staff member was just having an off day and it's not a daily occurrence. However, you don't need to push customers aside to request space.

Unimaginably huge. You feel like you're had a helluva workout by the time your are done. As you would expect with such a huge space there is a massive amount of stock in here, sure to fill almost every need you could possibly have. All of my staff interactions have been fine, very courteous and professional. Nothing I can really complain about except, damn this is big.

The store is well maintained. The volume of customers is large so certain items move very quickly. Their price is very competitive. They have meat, sea food fresh and frozen. Vegetables and fruits are fresh too. Their No name products are well priced way lower than other brands and Similar in quality. The clothes section is reasonable and you get more points on your Optimum Card. Their kids section is well stocked. The Pharmacy products are well priced. The Optimum Card points is an incentive as you can use the points in Super store or Shopper's Drug Mart. Weekends they have an extra bonus of some product if purchase is made for the amount stipulated along with the points. The Online grocery shopping in this Store is good, prompt. The product chosen is good and it helps saves time. There are more incentives for online shoppers. Overall it's a great place to shop.
