(November 22, 2018, 6:12 pm)Excellent service, communication and speedy service. My rental property had a big issue with the HWT (it's old and seeing its last days and parts are hard to come by). Cory and his team solved the problem the same day. Since it was the same issue that had occurred within the year they came back to replace the part under warranty and did not charge for labor either. This is the best kind of customer service. I will go back to them to replace my tank once its pooched.
