  Thomas made the process seamless and efficient. He listened to what our needs were and he matched us up with options to suit our wants and needs. He was always easy to get a hold of and kept the lines of communication open. Very easy to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make the process easier.

  Thomas sold our house in less than 10 days last summer. He responds to your call right away. We called him again to sell my sons house. I'm giving him 5 stars because he is honest and very professional! He is the best! I recommend Thomas for your buying and selling needs. You will never be disappointed with this guy. On top of that the commission is only 1%! Thank you so much Thomas!

  Thomas was an excellent realtor. We moved from another city to Edmonton and he went above and beyond to make the process as easy and painless as possible. Thomas was dedicated and patient, even when we changed our plans or direction, with no complaints. He was extremely easy to get a hold of, always calling us back right away. We also appreciated that Thomas was honest but didn't bombard us with his opinions unless asked or he had serious concerns. He let us guide the process. We trusted Thomas with the this this big step and have zero regrets; we were so appreciated that he was consistent right to the end. He stayed right to the end, sending us a card to welcome us to our home and following up after the fact to make sure things were okay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Pick Thomas as your realtor. You will not be disappointed.

  Working with Thomas to buy our first home was such a great experience. Thomas took the time to explain everything to us. He understood our busy schedule and was able to accommodate. Thomas was knowledgeable and professional but always made us feel comfortable during the process. I would recommend him highly.

  We worked with Thomas Harrington for the better part of two years — first for the search and purchase of our new home, then for the sale of our old home. From our initial consultation through to the completion of our work together, our experiences with Thomas — for both individual processes — were positive. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thomas to anyone looking to utilize the services of a real estate agent in Edmonton & surrounding area. 

After having a brief relationship with another agent — years prior to having Thomas recommended to us — as well as hearing stories from friends who had gone through the process of listing, selling, or purchasing a home, we could sense that many agents were eager to make a sale, but didn’t necessarily have the client’s best interests in mind. Once we met with Thomas, we realized that this quality was not true of all agents — it was refreshing to learn that an agent would work with us to find our dream “forever” home and be patient with us as we searched. Thomas took the time to listen to us and learn about our needs — as a result, we were able to confidently purchase a perfect home for our growing family.
  
  Having no intention to make a quick purchase, but rather a well thought out investment for our family’s future, with Thomas’ assistance, we took our time to carefully curate a list of expectations and the longer we looked, the list became more precise. Thomas is personable and always had our best interests in mind: he ensured that our expectations were realistically within our budget, he was available to show us a variety of homes within our desired neighbourhoods so we could narrow the search, and he continuously proved his knowledge and expertise in the real estate market — he was able to answer all questions and was efficient in communicating. Thomas is well connected with all vendors required for the sale and purchase of a home and made himself available for showings, as well as the inspection of our new home. Through both negotiation processes, Thomas provided guidance to ensure that agreements were realistic and fair for all parties.
