(August 1, 2020, 9:19 pm)Walked in with my daughter’s Iphone that won’t start. Austin, the store manager patiently took the time to assess and try to fix the issue. After figuring it out he provided me with advice of how to restore the phone via Itunes. He refused to charge me for the service since he advertises free diagnostic. He knew I an from out of town and I am unlikely to return but still stuck to his ethics. Will definitely recommend his business to my Edmontonian friends!

I was so worried about losing all my stuff but he assured me everything would be okay and it was. I would highly recommend them. It my new iPhone repair shop. Thanks Austin.

(March 8, 2020, 7:29 pm)Wow! Manny is the man! Definitely come in and look for this dude. Professional, skilled, and instills you with confidence that your phone is in the right hands. When I got my phone back repaired, I honestly thought it was a new phone.
I was always skeptical at getting my phone fixed at these third party stores cause generally it would never be put back together properly and new issues would arise. (had a bad experience with Apple store warranty before). I'm glad Manny was handling my repair!
