  Just over three months ago I discovered a problem with my plumbing in one of my bathrooms. I contacted Ryan about this predicament and he agreed to come and address my problem.
  As fate would have it, I made a feeble attempt to fix the problem and it seemed to nix the leaky shower tap. Disaster averted. Not so fast. Within a week everything seized up and I was relegated to using my wife’s shower much to her chagrin. Embarrassed, I reached out to Ryan and he agreed to come and rescue me – again.
  A date was set, a replacement faucet was purchased and as I should have done at the start, I left it with the experts. Ryan and his partner Dave arrived at our home and quickly assessed the said problem. He had an opportunity to install the new faucet which would have increased his bottom line, however, as a man of integrity, he suggested a simpler fix and encouraged me to follow his suggestion. I agreed.
  In addition to fixing my plumbing debacle, he tweaked another issue and quickly they were on his way.
  Not only did Ryan act with competence, he demonstrated his character to us as customers. My wife and I are committed to have Prime Mechanical and Plumbing on speed dial, we will be confidently referring Ryan and Dave tomour family and friends.

  Ryan saved the day! I had a small leak under my sink that I was using a bucket to deal with that became a bit of a waterfall. Ryan got to my place. Took a quick look and had the parts and everything he needed to fix my sink. It’s such a relief to drain a sink full of water and not have to worry about flooding. Price was fair and easy to take care of. I’ll have Ryan back again for my next plumbing project. This time I’ll be proactive as I don’t have to worry about whether or not my plumber can get the job done right. Thanks Ryan!

  Ryan is a true professional who treats every client like it is his own property. His workmanship is excellent, he has helped me on several occasions and has helped save me a bunch of money on home repairs with his work.
