  The room gave me a feeling of over crowded and everything was cramped.
  The 24/7 room service was nice except when we ordered food after we had been drinking all night it took over an hour to get to us, the food was cold and after our waitresses spilled one of our drinks she never came back with the replacement.

  Although the hotel has been renovated and has a modern look to it, it seems like the rooms were done at a fairly cheap contractor rate.. the towel rack was falling off the wall, the walls had paint bubbles and it looks like there was a leak on the ceiling.
  For a hotel that had had renovations, I don’t believe that it should look like a run down place.
  
  Staff is lovely and helpful.
  
  Pillows are less than comfortable however you can ask the front desk staff for a less stuffed pillow. (Literally half of the stuffing removed from the original pillow) lol
  
  Has CHOP and Denny’s attached to it for accessing a quick bite to eat.

  The hotel was clean and checking in was easy with the friendly front end staff. However, the room I was in should undergo general maintenance sometime soon - the floor was uneven and had a noticeable dip that caused the dresser to lean precariously forward. There was also a significant amount of paint chipping off the trim work in the bathroom.

  Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff could have been friendlier but we had no problems with them - just a little short and unaccommodating. Also there were 2 of the exact same picture in our room which was a tad confusing.

  Attended a PAA workshop while representing my company. The hotel is really pretty inside and is located in a really good area with shopping an restaurants near by. The hotel also has a Denny's and chop steak house attached. The staff was also great.
