We're just getting started as customers, but our first appointment was warm, welcoming, encouraging, comforting, friendly and it looks like we have a great treatment plan that will be minimally scary to the patient... and when the patient is _six_, that's really all that matters.
We have had an amazing experience with Dr Crichton and the staff at Smileworx! We have been through braces and now in retainer stage and they have made this experience a very easy one! Highly recommend!
I brought my 8 year old daughter in as she has some obvious alignment issues. Right from the time I walked in the door the staff was friendly and made her feel at ease. Dr. Crichton and her team were informative and showed a genuine level of care while discussing our options. I left with a plan in place and my daughter excited for the next steps.
