  I have osteoarthritis in my cervical vertebrae that has affected one shoulder and corresponding arm. Jay has been very knowledgeable and professional in setting up a program and helping me to be much more functional with a lot less pain. Very appreciated.

  Kendra is a wonderful RMT. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. She helps me heal from my injuries quickly and I always feel great after seeing her. Definitely recommend!

  I had surgery on my right wrist and elbow and after a couple of weeks of physio in another clinic, I felt like I was just wasting my time as I was not progressing at all. I went to Proactive Physiotherapy and after just a couple of sessions, I had significant improvement already! All the staff are professional and knowledgeable and they are very flexible with the scheduling of sessions. Thank you So much Rakesh, Shital and Jay! You are the best! Highly recommended!
