Rally Subaru

I had a great experience at Rally Subaru. Kaz graciously walked me through the buying process, helped me figure out which model/trim was the right one for my needs and when I couldn't decide on the colour, he gave me some great suggestions for researching the Subaru vehicle colours online. I eventually decided on a dark grey Subaru Forester Touring and although they did not have this specific combination in stock, the team at Rally Subaru was able to locate one just in time for a road trip I was planning!! The purchasing experience with Reed was also pleasant and efficient. I look forward to my new relationship with Rally Subaru and all the roads ahead!

I'm a tall boy so finding a car that fits well is a challenge. As a result, I test drove vehicles at many dealerships. Rally was the best. Ended up purchasing a new Ascent from Edmund, the epitome of a gentle man. No high pressure sales, no playing cat and mouse with the manager, just an excellent buying experience from start to finish.

He was also very helpful on helping get some extras for very affordable pricing. Also Rio in finance was also great, very informative, financing was easy and not stressful! And he was not trying to push us into anything we didn’t want.

Adjusting to "Our new normal" is the Global atmosphere we're all confronting and adjusting to. Kaz, at Rally Subaru, made leasing my 2020 Subaru Outback a seamless process. He readily replied to all my questions via phone calls and/or text messages. Kaz was flexible with regards to multiple solo test drives and he readily changed his schedule to accommodate what worked for me. Reed and Rio in the finance department were highly professional and expedient in finalizing the necessary administration and financials associated with leasing.
