  Couldn't be more confident in our decision to switch to The Vision Gallery. The staff is more than welcoming and even allowed our son to check himself in and made it as professional and fun as possible. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you will be impressed. At recent places we've felt rushed, or as though you are just a client, at the Vision Gallery they make you feel like family. Due to our previous experience with places, only my husband went to check things out, after that we booked everyone in and will now be returning for annuals. You will NOT regret going here. Awesome job to the staff! I should also add the facility itself is modern and well laid out, there's an area to entertain kids, and its not crowded and closed in. Parking is also awesome!

  Wonderful service! I love how welcoming the receptionists are and they made me feel at home.
  
  I made an appointment online for an eye exam and the optometrist helping me was Dr. Julie Dien-Fong! She did a phenomenal job. I had a blast during my exam. Julie has a great sense of humour! She's also very caring and extremely helpful with answers to any questions I had.
  
  The staff made my first visit at the Vision Gallery a memorable one and I’ll be back to get my glasses from here as well.

  Julie was great with our son's first eye appointment. She was very patient and able to settle him down. I highly recommend The Vison Gallery North.

  I have never had an optometrist that was so happy and bubbly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I really recommend this location. It's clean and I felt well taken care of. 100% on customer service.

  I received fantastic service from the staff at this clinic! They were great with my little kids and made them feel comfortable. We were seen at our appointment time and didn't have to wait. Beautiful looking store and have lots of glasses to choose from. Highly recommended optometry.
