This was the first time I had to replace a hot water tank and I am a very particular kind of person. So as you would imagine I had a lot of questions, concerns, ideas and more questions of course. Mindy was extremely helpful and knowledgable to answer all my questions, as well as looking into details of what would meet my requirements. They do not take the easy way out and they think outside the box and offer different solutions.
Mike and Mindy take pride in the services they provide through their business. The communication was seamless and efficient.
The service I received was one of a kind, tailored to my needs. All the way from the initial inquiry totto installation and payment. I can tell that I was being treated as an individual and not just "another costumer/job". Not only that but I feel they treated me like they would treat their own friends and family. We need more businesses and more people like Riteway Plumbing. Last but not least, the plumber technician was respectful, on time, professional and knowledgable. Thank you guys for your excellent job in a true Canadian way!

They have always been good to me and very helpful. I have had them do work on my sink and fix my mistakes along with also buying a hot water heater from them and installing it myself. Their plumbers are professional and the in store help was clear and realistic.

Second time used this Company and will again if need arise .Have spoken too Mindy and got references for other different Business a couple of other times I needed other work done, Always helpful with my questions and also reasonably priced and friendly service workers.

It was nice to phone a company and get a real live person to talk to instead of a machine that drives you nuts. Mindy answered my call and was so friendly and informative she put her company on the top of my list for a new hot water tank. The price was the best from all the places I called. She asked a few questions about my old tank and assured me there would be no problem installing the new one. The Tech that came was Moussa, he was on time and had the old tank out and the new one hooked up in no time. He was very friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. I would recommend Riteway Plumbing to anyone that requires a plumbing job. Good honest down to earth company.

Amazing service, they were able to work with my schedule and get me in right away. Plumber did great work and exceeded expectations! Price was even below what I expected to pay. Overall fantastic experience (aside from needing a plumber in the first place!). Will use Riteway for any future issues.
