  We had a wonderful experience with Tyler! I had a ton of questions throughout our process and he always took the time to answer them all and make me feel less anxious. He listened to everything we had to say and always took all of it into account. He had our back and went above and beyond in every way. Now we are in the house of our dreams, all thanks to Tyler! We will be recommending him to everyone we know! If you need a Realtor, this is your guy!

  You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor than Tyler. We have worked with him several times and his passion and commitment keeps us coming back! His knowledge and energy make a stressful decision easy and exciting. Before Tyler, we weren't aware how much we needed a "family" realtor. Now we have one!! We will continue to ask for his services in all future sales :)

  All I can say is "WOW" - Tyler is a REAL DEAL realtor with an abundance of integrity and honesty!!! He is extremely professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and motivated to go the extra mile in any way he can when working with his clients. He made it happen for us as sellers of a condo in St. Albert during a difficult market. We couldn't have done it without his passion to assist and expertise!! He kept us on track and grounded through the entire process. There is no doubt, he is definitely our 'go to guy' for any and all real estate matters!!

  I needed a real estate agent to help my family through the process of buying a home and Tyler was there to walk me through every step of the way. He made sure I understood the process of looking for, making an offer on, and closing a purchase of a house. Tyler took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered insight into the condition and any potential issues of the properties we viewed. I felt comfortable leaving the search in Tyler's hands. Communication was great and he always keep me updated. I could always expect a prompt response to a question and further explanation of anything that I didn't understand. Tyler was also very patient with me and he gives it his all 110% because he helps you with some stuff that's not even in his job's description. He's really passionate in his work which I love to see now these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kit again or give him anything but the highest recommendation
