  After having a nasty back injury caused by work and sports I often get tense and constant pain in my lower back. I visited Stacey in hopes of a way of helping to control and ease the pain, and wasn't disappointed. She was very professional and easy going. The whole experience was relaxing and my only complaint would be that I didn't book a longer appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone.

  Went to Stacey recently for my first pregnancy massage. It was great! I felt comfortable and relaxed with the assistance of many pillows. Stacey is very skilled and I felt great after leaving. I like that I can use MasterCard and her office and massage space is very inviting. Thanks Stacey!

  Stacey is a great Massage therapist! She is very skilled at deep tissue massage and was able to fix the knots in my shoulders and back. She also showed me some exercises I could do to help prevent my back pain. La Bonne Vie has direct billing which was really convenient. I would highly recommend Stacey!
