We called Claude on Monday & he was servicing our fireplaces by Thursday. He is very professional, efficient & knowledgeable. I would absolutely use his services again!
I recently had Pro-Flame Fireplace Services come to our house and service our old basement fireplace. Claude was punctual and friendly and walked me through what he was doing as he serviced the unit. He even walked me through how to clean the fireplace glass as something that I could do on my own without the help of a professional. Overall, Claude had our fireplace up and running with a new coat interior paint and looking like new. I was honestly amazed with how much better it looked (not to mention, actually operating again). The prices were fair and the customer service was great. I would not hesitate in using Pro-Flame's services in the future for my fireplace needs.

Punctual, Professional and Personable! The fireplace looks and works better than the original. In fact, he brought it up to code. No upselling, just honest helpful suggestions. What’s not to like? And it doesn’t hurt that Claude is an Oilers fan, like fishing and fast cars. I can’t recommend him enough.
Claude was able to fix our fireplace without even coming to our home. He was able to trouble shoot through a phone conversation and in less than 10 minutes! He came across as knowledgeable and friendly. Ten stars!
