CANZ BUILDING PRODUCTS INC.

When Linda and I decided that we wanted to update our home, we attended many home reno shows to interview different vendors and learn about their products. This is where we met Zach from CANZ and their product called CHIC.

Zach came to our home and explained the process and made us feel very comfortable in choosing his company and their product. We felt that the CANZ process/CHIC product was superior to any other product on the market, including Spray-Net.

Once the deposit was given, the hardest task of all was next; what color should we pick? Zach provided his many years of industry experience to guide us in choosing a colour and even showed us a few homes CANZ had recently completed. All along the way, Zach patiently answered our many questions and encouraged us to take our time in choosing the colour that would make a fundamental change to the look of our home.

The CANZ crew were super friendly, very respectful and encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted. When they first arrived, they explained in detail the process they would be using to update our home. They would either phone us or text us when they were coming or if there was any delay to their arrival. The crew kept their work site clean and safe and each day, their equipment was put away, locked up and all materials were stacked in a secure spot.

The color-change process took seven days: A couple of days to prep the house which included a whole-house pressure-wash, removal of all the downspouts and light fixtures and masking off of all the soffits, windows and doors. The following coats each took a day to complete: the primer coat, new color coat, and lastly the top coat and parging coat. The last day, ZACH and the crew did a walk-around with me and we made sure everything was perfect.

Every day, when we come around the corner, we stop and look at our house for a few minutes and say to each other that hiring CANZ was one of the best things we did to modernize and freshen up our home. It looks like a brand new home and no longer stuck in the 90’s.

We found CANZ (and Zach) at the Home and Garden show. From the initial contact until the final inspection they were very courteous and professional . Zach and his team were incredibly helpful in assisting us with selecting the right products. We chose CANZ to complete two jobs for us.....replace the shingles on the house and garage.... and refinish the two buildings with their liquid vinyl. Their workers were very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to doing the absolute best work possible. We are very pleased with both jobs. We would not hesitate recommending this company and its products. Well done guys.

After checking many options for covering the stucco on our house and garage, we decided to go with the liquid vinyl from CANZ and are very happy we did. We liked the details Zach gave us on the product and the process of applying it. The installer was meticulous in his prep work and application. It's certainly updated the look of our house and we would highly recommend this company.
