In a tricky market where you have to act fast Randall was always there to get us a viewing, explain any questions we had and guide us through the wild ride that is buying a house! It's always great to have someone who is reliable and who's opinion you can trust on your team . That is exactly how it felt working with Randall. With his deep roots in The Pass as well as vast experience & knowledge of the area Randall provided above and beyond the service we were looking for in a realtor. He helped us buy a home we are very happy with. I would Highly Recommend Randall to anyone looking Buy or Sell in the Pass!

He communicates well, always answers our questions promptly, makes great listings, and is overall great to work with. He has a trades background which gives him a great eye to notice issues or potential of a house.

He was very professional, organized, patient with all my questions and offered excellent advice all through the long process of getting ready to sell a family property in Crowsnest Pass. It was an overwhelming project for me, and I could not have done it without Randall’s expertise. He was there every step of the way, resulting in a very satisfactory sale for I believe, seller and buyer. I highly recommend him! Ten out of ten!

He clearly has his client's best interest at heart, and he helped to make the process of buying a property incredibly smooth. No question was too big or too small, and he was always quick to respond. I would not hesitate to work with Randall again.
