He’s caught a few situations in time to prevent disastrous outcomes. An example was finding the house at 7 degrees in the middle of winter, the furnace had quit working. My husband and I have been using HomeChek CNP for several years. I have to say, they are great and I just don't worry when Braden is looking after our home. If anything does go wrong Braden takes the initiative to look after it letting us know right away what has happened. Example, our fridge quite working about a week after we were away and Braden noticed it right away, moved everything to the freezer and fridge in the basement and emailed us right away with the details. We feel confident when we are away that our home is being taken care of.
