I’d like to give a big shout out to Wayne with Western Respatory. He has given incredible customer service from start to finish. He was very proactive in getting the best fit for my CPAP mask. I had to test three different masks until we found the one that was the best fit and brought my levels down. He also showed me the proper way to fit the mask to my face and the correct cleaning and care for my equipment. It’s nice to know there are still people who give exceptional customer service and that they really care about you and your issues.
