She goes above and beyond expectation... and I had some very specific requests. She quickly sold my condo and actually helped me with 4 other purchases. Yes, there is a story about that...
She thoroughly checked out the market availability, got back to me in a timely fashion - no matter what the time, assisted whenever needed with inspections, questions, etc. and always had a smile on her face. -

From the get go, we indicated that we were not looking to rush into anything or looking for a fast sell and that was something never encountered with Vivian - a rarity in this modern day age where many purchases are seemingly forced down our throats. Instead we received very accommodating service to our needs and she was always on top of new houses coming onto the market.
When it came down to preparing and signing contract documents, Vivian was on it! Very efficient service, with paperwork produced within a matter of hours.
Additionally, her advice on offers is second to none. With years of experience in the realty market, it is noticeably reflected through her sound advice on properties in the Cochrane area.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Vivian to anyone out there looking to purchase a home, you are in good hands right from the start to the possession of your new property.
