(August 12, 2021, 2:29 am)Renee is absolutely amazing to work with. I had used other personal trainers before, not only did I not see results, I didn't feel any healthier, happier, or stronger. I worked with Renee following a bad car accident to try to fix muscle imbalances. My physiotherapist was shocked at how well I did throughout my treatments and remarked how much stronger I was every week. I also worked out with Renee throughout my first pregnancy and it also paid off huge. Renee is down to earth, a hugely positive and professional trainer. If you're contemplating a personal trainer, no matter where you are starting from, you can't go wrong by trying a couple workouts with Renee. She is worth her weight in gold, I can't possibly say enough good things! Thanks for keeping me in one piece!
