We reached out to Lorrie Rasmussen because we liked the idea of working with a local team and I'm so happy we did. If you're uncertain about the process and want expertise that makes the process a hundred times easier, go with the team at Lorrie Rasmussen. Jerry was our mortgage advisor and he answered all of our questions and worked hard to ensure our process was a smooth one. We had a challenging ask, we are buying an acreage with a log home which most lenders aren't super keen on but still we had a pleasant experience with Jerry's guidance. We are so thankful to be on the other side of the approval and will be highly recommending him and the whole team to anyone who is thinking of buying a house. Thanks so much again!

(February 20, 2021, 2:45 pm)We actually live (and bought a home) in Manitoba, but had family who had moved from Calgary back home who used Lorrie and recommended that we give her a call. We are very glad we did!! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, and Lorrie and her team were incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions! They always responded very quickly and kept in contact with any changes that were happening. I would absolutely recommend giving the team a call if you're looking for a home (even if it's not in Alberta!)
