(May 2, 2022, 7:22 pm)Chad was great! he was professional and responsive. The home inspection was done in good detail. Chad involved me and my realtor as we walked through the home. He showed me how to access and shut off and on things. He gave tips and recommendations for the findings. The report came back in a timely manner with clear pictures and explanation. Chad was also available even after the inspection and report was given. Price was also excellent! Thanks Chad.

Adam is very professional, responsive, and sends an extremely detailed and interactive report for the home. He takes the time to go through everything with you and answers any question you might have. I think they are very fairly priced for the amazing service they provide. It was seamless beginning to end. Highly recommend Adam and Homestead Home Inspection Services!!!

Everything was explained clearly, detailed and concerns were highlighted! Company owner shared thoughts and plans on how to fix areas in need. Would 100% use this company again!

Report was very thorough and offers other insights beyond just reporting on what is found. Very satisfied with the level of detail in the report allowing me to feel comfortable with house purchase that I have never stepped foot in. Initial contact with Adam was very pleasant - very friendly. Thank you.
