She was very professional, friendly and even came to our home to give me ideas on how to set up and different menu options. Our guests included a bunch of ranchers and we all know our local ranchers are the experts in beef. Well Holly didn't disappoint at all. Her bbq beef on a bun was a HUGE hit, in fact, her whole menu was so delicious that everyone was still talking about the meal. We will definitely use GTG again and so will our friends. Thank you Holly and staff.

The food was amazing and we had many compliments from guests on how good it was. The bartenders were also very good. In all, all the staff with the GTG team was a breeze to work with and we would recommend their service to anyone looking for a caterer for an event.
