We took our house in Calgary off the market after it was on for 3 months in 2021 and then re listed after staging it with Goats Beard Staging. We received multiple offers in the first day, and our house ended up selling for over asking price! I cannot say enough about how positive our experience with Dana was. She chose beautiful pieces to stage our home and the cost was reasonable and absolutely worth it. She is also very easy to work with, flexible, and listens to what is important to her clients. Although I'm sure not every house will sell on the first day for over ask, that was our experience and we really couldn't be happier with all of the hard work that she put into selling our home. Would absolutely recommend!!
