This was the 3rd inspection we had done for us. Adam was more thorough than expected. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sense of what he found. I was pleasantly surprised how technical it was. Adam was informative, professional, knowledgeable, etc. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Went over the report with me thoroughly, ensuring I understand what was in it. He also let me know to give him a call if I have any questions regarding the inspection.
He was very quick to get the inspection booked and done. He was willing to stay and discuss the inspection very thoroughly and go through solutions for the problems found.
