We had purchased a fuel transfer pump through Amazon with the supplier being Edwards RV Parts & Service over 8 months ago and did not use it until a month ago. The pump would not transfer fuel, it just leaked all over the ground. We contacted Edwards RV Parts & Service and spoke to Varden Seth to see if he might be able to assist in getting parts to correct the defect. After sending him pictures to show what the pump was doing he asked us to return it to them free of charge and said he would try to have the problem resolved through the manufacturer. Over a week ago, we received an e-mail from him saying that a new pump was on its way to us. It has arrived and the new pump works perfectly. Thank you Edwards RV Parts & Service.

Sandra handled the administrative details meticulously. Adam the RV tech walked us through the RV and all its mechanical systems step-by-step. We left with our new RV feeling confident that we chose the right dealer.

After touching base over the phone and by email we drove 10 hours from our home in BC to purchase our trailer. We can’t say enough how pleased we were with the service from the whole team from the owner all the way to sales, service and registration. We even drove back to their location this summer for some add ons to the trailer. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and we have bragged about them to everyone interested in purchasing a trailer. Highly recommended!!
