Best Seven Inn

I came in very late after having a very bad experience at another hotel in town. Sharon was there to help me, stayed up late, was so collected as I was frantic and stressed out. My room was a haven after where I had been. There are wonderful duvets, pillows and linens in the rooms. My room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed during my stay. But honestly, it was the customer service. What an awesome manager. She was cleaning and doing desk duties and being so extremely caring and helpful during her busy day. Just above and beyond.

Came for the drift event a couple of weekends ago. We had booked our employees and drivers in to the best seven and we were not dissapointed. Sharon offered promtp and courteous service and was super pleasant to deal with. All hotel rooms were spotless and smelled of fresh sheets. Next time we stay in claresholm you bet we'll be back! If there was six stars, I would give six stars for sure. Although the hotel is getting pretty outdated with its fixtures and decor, we’re definitely going to stay there every time we’re in town for a drift event because of the way the manager treated us. She went absolutely above and beyond normal expectations and is very good at dealing with people that are upset. I had a long day and I was very tired and I wasn’t the easiest to deal with one of the days I stayed, and she just had a way of calming me down and changing my mood completely, that was very commendable. Everything was very clean and we didn’t have to wait for anything. It was a very busy weekend and I noticed she was the one cleaning the rooms so I asked her why she was doing that, and she said “staff was tough to come by right now” it didn’t seem to bother her that she was wearing all the hats at the same time. This is a real review by a genuine guest, I don’t know anyone who works/owns the hotel in any way. I stayed here the weekend of august 15 2021 for RDMC

Was adorable! Cozy feeling. With friendly people. Missed out on the restaurant part of it but might have to just go back for it. Lol nice place to spend the night. It is a older building so the hot water is alittle messed up. Won't stop me from going again though. Quite place also.

Best hotel in Clarsholm!! We booked the king jacuzzi room, and it was AMAZING! The Owners had great customer service, and happy to make your stay the best!! Thanks again Best Seven Inn! See you again soon! 😄
