(December 12, 2021, 2:55 am)Love going to Harmony. I was always sceptical on gyms but Harmony makes you feel welcome and no matter what you are able to do is the best. Gives me a new intake on in person classes. Thanks for getting me back into loving myself!!!

From a woman that has suffered PPD and PPA, I feel so grateful to be a part of their programs, challenges, workshops, and community spirit. I am a better mom and a better person because of Harmony Health + Fitness. Thank you xo

(July 19, 2021, 2:56 am)There is something for everyone at Harmony Fitness. With a variety of yoga and fitness classes and instructors, you will easily find one that you love. I have tried several different classes and have enjoyed every instructor I've had the pleasure of being taught by. My favourite by far is Courtney's Yoga Tone - it is a great mix of cardio, strength and stretch. Courtney is such a great instructor - she is motivating without being obnoxious, validates the student and her fitness level, the class is always different to keep us interested and I LOVE her silly little jokes that make me laugh out loud! Besides fitness classes, Harmony offers extra workshops to work on fitness/nutrition etc. I have yet to be part of one, but I am sure they are just as great as the regular fitness classes.

(June 16, 2021, 7:40 pm)Harmony is the place to go for fitness. Courtney and her team offer amazing classes that will kick your butt. Every class has a new variety to keep you on your toes. I am so grateful for the fun and energy these lovely ladies bring to my day.
