He was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, was always available to me day or night, and gave me guidance and honest recommendations on best areas and builders based on my style and criteria. He is a realtor who is all about the client relationship versus just the sale. I look forward to working with him on my future real estate transactions!

(June 17, 2022, 7:21 pm)He came to me highly recommended and did not disappoint! He is very active when it comes to advertising, open houses and making sure that your photos are on point! And he is also very knowledgeable yet not pushy. This was my first experience having to sell a house and he was patient and helped me through the whole process. Most importantly had my back! I would recommend him over and over and over again! And the people who recommended him to me are definitely getting a bottle of wine!

(June 10, 2022, 5:55 pm)Matt is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and sold our home in a week! Admittedly, our house was half-renovated and likely a more challenging one to have on the market. He was communicative, realistic, and kindly answered all of our silly questions. He was accurate in this estimate of what we should list for and what we should expect to get from a sale. And, he worked hard to ensure that we weren’t apprehensive about the sale.
His assistant Sloane was also wonderful. They were always timely in their responses and provided us with all the information we needed to get our house on the market and process our sale.
I would not hesitate to use Matt with future home sales or in purchasing a new home. Thanks Matt! -
