(October 4, 2023, 7:25 pm)I received an on-line insurance quote as quickly once required informations entered! It was great! And once I have decided with the quote I wanted, I was guided through steps to purchase the insurance policy. Then just have to waited ‘til next to get the application verified and approved by the agent. My agent was great, she worked quickly and answered all of my questions! The agent I dealt with, her name is Crystal( hope I spell her name right?).
Awesome experience, I will refer the people ask for insurance to Crystal!

I shopped with at least 5 other brokers, and Ian was by far the best!! Thanks Ian, we will highly recommend you in the future, to friends and family, as well as my clients in the auto industry 🥳

I also appreciate all the information that you provided to me that was not explained to me before by my previous insurance company. You went over and beyond for me and help me understand the policy and coverage so I can make an informed decision. Again I appreciate everything that you do and I am grateful to have you as my broker. Thank you Surex for the follow up and my apologies for my previous review stemming from mis-communication. I didn't know how things work and I never spoke to a broker before as I was directly contacted by my previous insurance company. Thanks to Courtney, I now understand my policy and coverage and with her guidance I was able to get a better insurance company catered to what I need.
I highly recommend Surex and will recommend to everyone I know who is in the same situation and need a good broker to guide them.
