(August 24, 2021, 12:14 am)Ultimate did a fantastic job of the rebuild of my outdoor deck. Not only did they supply the Duradek membrane - but they had to ensure that the deck had proper slopes so that water could run off. My original deck either was level or sloped back towards the house.
They were very professional and the crew was very respectful of our requests.
The end product was a great looking functional deck and many of our neighbours have asked us how to get in touch with them for doing redecking as our whole neighbourhood is about 20 years old and all the decks need replacement.
We highly recommend Ultimate for any decking projects. -

(April 27, 2021, 5:26 pm)I contacted Ultimate Contracting to replace 4 windows in my walk-out basement suite. Grant, the owner, was prompt to come take a look at the work to be done and to provide and estimate of costs. He was very courteous and easy to communicate with. He assigned a great team of 2, Jericho and Sheldon, who were very friendly, accommodating and offered good advice with finishing touches and trims. One of the windows was a different size, so they had to cut through a cement block foundation in order to enlarge the opening, in addition to installing that particular window. I cannot say enough about the attention to details, good workmanship and thorough clean up that the guys did. I would highly recommend Ultimate contracting for any kind of work to be done.

We have also recommended them to our friends. That should tell you how much we trust and appreciate the quality of work performed by Ultimate Contracting. They are professional and their work is high quality, on-time and on-budget. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. They never complete a job without making sure that the customer is happy with the work and if issues arise subsequently, they will be right back - even months later - to make things right. We would highly recommend them for any sort of renovation or home repair need.
