(February 14, 2022, 8:46 am)My family had a good overall stay. Hotel has great breakfast selections. Pool and hot tub are lovely. It's just that window/balcony views are important to me. I requested for a room viewing the 3 sisters mountain, but ended up on the other side corner of the hotel. And the door of the next room was noisy whenever someone is going in and out. So disappointing. Was about to call the front desk, but hubby stopped me because we're already dead tired to deal with it. I actually booked again this year with the same hotel to have another try and give them a chance, so I am hoping they will grant my request to be at a room situated on the pool side, with a quiet ambiance. I am willing to pay more just to be on the pool side.

(February 13, 2022, 1:22 am)Beautiful mountain views, great size swimming pool, modern decor, laminate flooring instead of carpeting (much cleaner!) Breakfast was a great selection. Loved the hot chocolate and cookies at the entrance. Perfect location. Would be happy to return here.

(February 9, 2022, 8:47 pm)Nice place, I have a German shepherd and they were very accommodating, had a dog bowl and take home chew rope in the room when we arrived. Gas fireplace will make you sweat. Lol. Downside is you have to get a room upgrade which costs more, and the pet fee is not part of that. No real pricing for the pet friendly suites online. Pool was crazy busy, we stayed away. Cool how its surrounded by glass on all walls. Good hot breakfast. Powdered eggs are worth skipping.

(January 16, 2022, 9:28 am)Absolutely awesome stay. I really like the breakfast buffet. Anna made our stay excellent. We stayed there for a night and whenever we cross the reception,she always greeted with smile. Thanks Anna really helpful Nd kind. Room was nice Nd cozy. Everything was perfect. We will be back definitely.however this is 50 mins from Banff but worth it.

(November 30, 2021, 5:03 am)Travelled from Calgary to Canmore for a quick overnight stay and booked here because of the water slide and pool for our family. Check in process was fine and they upgraded our room for free and gave a complimentary bottle of wine as per the details during booking time. The beds were comfy, shower pressure was great. Loved the Rocky Mountain Soap touches in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was so great, we ate our weight in waffles, sausages and potatoes! The pool was great temperature and hot tub was fantastic. Highly recommend. Would come back here again!
