(January 25, 2022, 8:47 pm)My apartment dryer duct was clogged. Oliver helped to root out the issue. It ended up with the contractor who replaced the external building wall forgot to open duct hole. How can air flow out without an outlet?! Oliver used the cameras and found the dead-end of the duct, then fixed.
Before Oliver's work I hire Canmore Plumbing and Heating to deal with that issue. They visited three times. Every time they concluded airflow smoothly. What a joke! and waste of everyone's time. Using proper plumber is always the key for your issue. I highly recommend Bow Valley Plumbing and Heating LTD. -

Last year Oliver did an exceptional job repairing our leaky sink, he’s extremely professional, personable and exceeded all expectations. Today had a water heater emergency and within minutes of contacting Oliver, he returned my call and the issue was solved perfectly within an hour! Thanks a lot.

(November 27, 2021, 7:43 pm)Bow Valley 24/7 replaced our furnace and hot water heater this fall and just completed a Poly B plumbing replacement in our condo. The service was excellent - very timely and responsive. I was nervous about the Poly B replacement as it seemed like an overwhelming job but Scott was very reassuring and the work was completed in a week as promised and right on budget. They also organized the drywall repair and painting which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company.
