Cole is a personable guy and makes it easy to feel comfortable bringing up any questions or concerns. He always does a great job to make himself available for a text, call, or viewing. We found that Cole really made the busy and sometimes daunting house buying/selling process go way smoother!

We contacted him, and he immediately got back to us. He helped us get the house of our dreams in very short order due to his amazing expertise. He is patient, he isn’t pushy and he’s just such real people.. humble yet confident! We also appreciated his VAST knowledge of Camrose. He was able to speak of everything we needed to know about each house consideration. He also provided us with a great house inspector!

He was beyond helpful with my questions and gave great advice. He booked the inspection for me and was present to insure it went smooth.
