I had a great experience with Tim. He kept pushing me at just the right pace with my fitness journey. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I was interested in understanding the how and why of the exercises he was pacing me through and he was great at explaining them to me. I highly recommend Tim as a personal trainer, he knows what he's doing.

I met with Tim to improve my compound lifts and he was incredibly helpful with teaching me how to properly brace my core and helped me gain confidence in my bench press. He’s always very encouraging, open to questions, and really easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend working with Tim whether you’re a beginner or if you have experience lifting and are looking for constructive feedback!

Tim is a great personal trainer, he's friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to keep things entertaining. He knows how to motivate me and he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

I have been training with Tim for years, and even though the workouts can be tough, I keep coming back for more. This is because Tim is a wonderful trainer. My job can sometimes result in long stressful hours, and Tim helps to keep me sane and somewhat in shape (my staff are incredibly grateful for the sane part!). He is also very knowledgeable and has helped me through various health issues (planter fasciitis, tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, etc). And through all of this, he makes the workouts fun, so that you actually look forward to the next one (despite the aching muscles). Through the pandemic he was kind enough to schedule video workouts, and they have worked incredibly well. As other reviewers have mentioned, he goes above and beyond for his clients. He truly is a joy to spend time with, and truly cares for his clients. If you are considering trying a personal trainer, you could not do better than Tim.

My first training experience and working out in a co-ed gym was with Tim. I can say I was feeling self conscious and not sure what to expect based on my fitness level. Tim has the ability to meet you where you are at and make adjustment's based on your comfort level and fitness level. Each workout was always different and fun. Tim is a trainer because he truly cares about your well being and reaching your goals. I would recommend him to all fitness levels and ages. He is a gem.
