Cindy is skilled at what she does and is very helpful with finding the root of problems. She's helped me even away from the massage table, as I took her advice to be more mindful with my posture, sleeping positions, and doing at home exercises. Thanks for everything you do!!

She took the time to talk about the pain I was experiencing, what's likely causing it, and her techniques to fix it so you understand what's going on. Very great overall experience. Definitely would go again!

(September 17, 2020, 7:01 pm)When you work with Cindy, It's more than just having a massage. She takes the time to ask about lifestyle, water intake, posture and ache's and pains. Not only does she work to relieve current stresses/muscle soreness but she offers insights and advise on how to adjust daily postures, what stretches and light exercises/movements will help alleviate any tensions before they happen.
So happy with the treatments and advise and people I've referred to her have the same positive feedback.
