I recently had a home inspection with Tanicor and Corrie did a great job! He was easy to work with and helped me understand everything that he went through. He caught a deficiency that ended up saving us lots of money and for that, I am grateful. Thank you Corrie, I would 10/10 recommend!

We would highly recommend using Tanicor for your home inspections, Corrie was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a full inspection on our bungalow prior to us purchasing. Corrie is amazing. Highly recommend choosing him if you are buying a home, and to be honest, I hope that his business extends to something like an annual check up, and other home maintenance services so I got a great go-to person. Corrie is super easy to work with, and he is professional, friendly, patient and extra thorough. When I arrived 5 mins early for the inspection, Corrie is already up on the roof and checking all the detail. Being someone who knows literally nothing about buildings, the moment I called and spoke to Corrie, I knew I found an inspector that I can understand and trust. No fluff, just pure high quality of work!

Very satisfied with our home inspection that was performed by Tanicor. Their inspector Corrie was thorough with the process and took time to answer all our questions. The detailed report followed later that evening, with some critical findings that required some repairs on the house. Overall, I am quite happy with their services and recommend them further.

I had Tanicor Home Inspections out to do some property evaluations for us and I was thoroughly impressed. We had some difficult landscape questions for him that no one could answer. As a trained Geologist, Corrie is an expert in complex home related issues. He assessed our property, provided a thorough and comprehensive report and took the time to make sure we understood what was happening. Price is super reasonable too! I highly recommend Tanicor. They are knowledgeable, reliable and super friendly. I would trust Tanicor for all my future home inspection needs.
