They are very helpful in providing whatever information they can. The guys in the warehouse are efficient and pleasant to deal with.

We value the knowledge and expertise of the front office, they are always welcoming and friendly. The guys out back are great to deal with and are always working hard to fill the orders and get the contractors back to work.

The staff values customer service, and I have known the managing director to go out of his way to provide extra help and support. Highly recommend.

ALL the staff go above and beyond to be as helpful as they can - it is a busy place for a reason !!! People need to appreciate that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. These are crazy times in the entire world - please be patient and show understanding; we often do not see what goes on, on the other side of their desks. Any true Calgarian knows this industry is either slow or full bore in our great city !
