I received 5 quotes from different local shops and JRM had the best price available with almost no wait. JRM was able to accommodate our busy schedule and do the repairs on our time. JRM really did go above and beyond for me. If you're looking for some help with your computer I highly suggest Jijo from JRM.

I am a former software engineer but after 20 years of a non-tech career I returned to programming and needed Windows10. I haven't used Microsoft or related hardware in decades (I'm still familiar but very rusty), so I went to Joe at JRM for his advice. The refurbished system he put together for my [extremely niche] computing needs exceeded my expectations, yet only cost 33% what I would have paid if I had bought a new system online or from a big box. Ongoing support and a one year warranty? You can't go wrong with Joe or supporting this local business!
