Fabulous IT Experience. Jim came in, was professional, knew exactly what he needed to do after checking our system, and installed our wifi network in two days We absolutely couldnt be happier

Awesome professionalism! Jim was able to take an old hard-drive running an old program, on an older windows platform and give it new life! We were worried that we were on borrowed time and would be in trouble if and when it died. Jim cleaned it out and gave it a new solid state hard-drive. It was a seemless transition and we're very pleased with Jim's knowledge and service!! Five stars and two thumbs-up. Would be more but I only have two hands!

Brought a noisy laptop in for repairs. Fixed quickly but also provided suggestions for improvements at a reasonable cost, if desired. Upgraded laptop is now superfast. Great service

Jim responded quickly, gave me good advice on my options for hard drive replacement and had the machine returned and running the next day. He also spent time walking me through the new set-up.

We had Jim install two new Macs and upgrade two old ones for our retail shop with virtually no downtime. Old nagging problems were easily resolved. Jim fills an important niche for small business - an on-call Mac specialist who gets the job done with no monthly retainer or contract. Jim is a pleasure to work with and I will gladly call him again for anything computer related.
