(November 1, 2021, 7:09 am)I changed my review. Stuff happens. I just felt deceived when I figured out why it stopped working but no one would admit the reason (but 1 person). The new device is great. These presses are worth the money. The only thing I would complain is your bags are a bit pricy. But that is it. New press has been working great. Anyways enjoy your new 5 star rating! You guys earned it.

Huge shout out to Keith at Clearly Gold who answered my phone call late on a Saturday night and IMMEDIATELY sprung into action regarding some concerns I had. Cleared up all of my concerns and went above and beyond to help me out!
Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a quality product, with the customer service to back it!
