(June 14, 2022, 6:09 pm)We had my nose and our infant daughters piercings done here. I was skeptical due to some reviews. We had a great experience we chose between medical plastic and titanium jewellery, the nurse prepared both of us with lidocaine (numbing cream) then we were asked to wait 15 min. The numbing cream was my daughters worst experience. A doctor is the one who preformed both piercings and this was preferred for us as I wanted to ensure medical grade equipment was used on her vs a store or even a piercing establishment. All equipment was tidy. The office was a bit busy as it was nearing closing hours but we received proper cleaning equipment as well as instructions for at home cleaning. The price here is higher as expected and that was okay for my partner and I as we did not want to risk infection. The cleaning supplies were purchased but easy to use. I would recommend for any other parents or adults who would like a piercing done in a medical establishment by a doctor.

(May 5, 2022, 9:21 pm)We just had our 8 month old twin daughters ears pierced here today and they did an amazing job! They used numbing cream on their ears beforehand and were so gentle and patient with them even though they were squirming around a little. The girls barely even noticed they had anything done and only cried for a second or two. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to get your child’s ears pierced but don’t trust a place in the mall like Claire’s. It was very clean and professional and it put my mind at ease having a doctor do it.
