(April 26, 2022, 11:48 pm)My rear driver’s side window literally exploded while driving on the highway through Calgary on my way to Saskatoon. I went online at 7:40 the following morning to book an appointment and got at slot at 8:30 less than an hour later. I went in and explained what happened and that I was passing through to Saskatchewan. The gentleman helping me made a call and said he could have the car done and ready to go by 2:30 that day! They had it ready by 2:30 like they said and I was on my way! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

He researched a solution for me, the shop repaired my Lexus mirror problem and did it all quickly and for a very fair price. Such a pleasure to find such great service and professionalism.

(July 15, 2019, 5:53 pm)They arranged for a rental from the Enterprise agency 2 blocks away making the prices of dropping off and picking up car easy. You can't tell it was in an accident. My insurance company tried to get me to use another body shop, claiming that repairs were not covered at any shop other than their preferred supplier, but all the repairs are warrantied, so no worries.
