(March 23, 2022, 3:05 pm)Moe was extremely thorough and professional. He explained many of the issues that he observed, and made sure that I understood both the degree of the given issue, and also practical "next steps" which helped me understand the order of magnitude of each item.
The reporting was detailed, and will serve as a great tool in negotiating repairs and as a "to do" list for post-possession of the home.
Very highly recommended. -
