He was the second realtor my husband and I hired after yielding no results with our first realtor. Initially I was hesitant as we had already been on the market for over 3 months with no bites and the market was slowing down.
He was able to reassure us that it would be entirely possible to sell our home in the time frame we had given him and boy oh boy did he deliver!
What was a guaranteed sale in 45 days turned into an offer followed by a sale within 12 hours of having our home up on the market. Followed by buying another and moved into our new home in the 45 day bracket he gave us.
I highly recommend Joe for new home buyers/sellers as you’ll get top of the line treatment and it will be the most stress free! I am still impressed with his level of professionalism, responsiveness and ability to negotiate a good deal. You won’t regret having Joe as your realtor that’s for sure! -

He absolutely got what we were looking for and went on a hunt for us and ended up finding the perfect fit. Joe also lives and breathes an 'above and beyond' mindset and is willing to go the extra mile on every aspect of the hunt for and purchase of a home. If there were six stars to rate here, we'd give him those. Nothing but great things to say about him.
