She was always available to answer my questions, gave great information and offered advice for things I wouldn’t have even thought of! She has so much patience, finding my home took 6 months because of me changing my mind a million times about what kind of property and location. After buying a place, she gave so much information on the next steps. Definitely recommend her!

Once we engaged Charlene, she brought us several houses that was right in our budget and location within a very short timeframe. We got very lucky with the houses we saw and put an offer into our dream house and got it! This would not have been possible without Charlene's efforts.
She is dedicated, always responsive, and enthusiastic. Charlene went above and beyond in making sure she listened to all our concerns and in finding us the dream house. She advised us on our budget and managed our expectations in this market environment. Charlene doesn't stop at simply the sale of the house, rather she is involved until the very end - even checking up on us after we have settled in to see how we were doing with the new house. She is the most caring and helpful realtor we've ever worked with.

She truly went above and beyond for me that exceeded my expectations. Charlene took the time to understand my needs, was there for me during the process from end to end literally.
When i was unable to be available Charlene stepped up and took care of things for me whether it was a who to call to how do i get my insurance being new to the province.
